Terms and Conditions

1. Issuance and Delivery

• Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, an e-voucher containing a unique redemption QR Code will be automatically sent to the customer’s registered email address.

• Account Binding: The e-voucher is bound to the purchaser's membership account. Rirakkusuya is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the QR Code resulting from the sharing of emails or screenshots.

2. Redemption and Usage Logic

• On-site Redemption: Customers must scan the QR Code from their email at the physical machines (e.g., K11, Airport branches) to initiate a trial.

• Deduction Policy: Each successful scan will deduct one (1) trial from the balance until all purchased trials associated with that QR Code are exhausted.

• Balance Tracking: The remaining balance of trials is subject to the official records in the Rirakkusuya backend system.

3. Validity Period

• Expiry Date: All e-vouchers are valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

• Forfeiture: Any unused trials after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or extension.

4. Equipment Failure and Compensation

• Technical Issues: If a trial fails to start due to network instability or machine sensor failure, please contact our official customer service immediately.

• Manual Restoration: Upon verification of the technical failure, Rirakkusuya will restore the affected trial(s) back to the original QR Code within 3 working days. Customers may then reuse the same QR Code for their remaining trials.

• Non-Refundable Policy: E-vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except in extreme circumstances required by law.

5. General Provisions

• Non-Exchangeable: Trials and points cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred.

• Final Authority: In the event of any dispute, Rirakkusuya reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these terms.

【Earning Points】

• Spend & Earn: Accumulate 1 Membership Point for every HK$10 spent (balances under HK$10 are not eligible for point accumulation).

• Point Usage: Points can be used to select premium items through official redemption activities.
  
  

【Important Notes】

• Payment Basis: Point accumulation is based on the actual payment amount of a single transaction.

• Redemption Limits: Gifts are available in limited quantities and while stocks last. Certain gifts may be subject to redemption time limits, which are subject to change without prior notice.

• Non-Transferable: Points are for the exclusive use of the member only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

• Point Validity: Points issued within a calendar year will expire after December 31st of the following year. For example: Points issued on March 3, 2026, will expire at midnight on January 1, 2028.

• Final Decision: "Rirakkusuya" reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to modify the points system at any time.

Welcome to Rirakkusuya (煩憂收納所). This website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") is operated by Gunshin Games And Innovations Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide online shopping and related entertainment information services through our website and associated applications.

By using or continuing to use this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice.

1. Ordering

1.1 Pricing Policy: All products are sold at fixed prices and are not eligible for any discounts unless otherwise stated. Products and prices displayed on the Website are for reference only and are subject to change at the time of the actual transaction. 

1.2 Accuracy of Information: When ordering, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your name, telephone number, email address, and shipping address. 

1.3 Order Modification: Once payment is completed, the order enters our processing workflow. You cannot cancel or change the order details thereafter. 

1.4 Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the absolute right to refuse to accept or complete any order for any reason, including but not limited to:* Shortage of supply or changes in product availability;* Inability to arrange delivery;* Errors in pricing or total amount due to human or computer error, or incorrect pricing information provided by suppliers;* Orders suspected of credit risk or fraudulent activity. 

1.5 Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send an email acknowledgment. However, this does not signify formal acceptance of the order. Final confirmation is subject to stock availability. If we are unable to provide a product, we will notify you via email and arrange a refund. 

1.6 Refund Arrangements: If an order cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to refund the relevant amount to your original payment platform (e.g., PayPal / Payme / Stripe / Apple Pay / AlipayHK) or allow you to exchange for other items of equal or higher value.

2. Payment

2.1 The Website accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Payme, Stripe (Visa/MasterCard), and AlipayHK. All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 

2.2 We use third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree that your credit card/account information will be collected, processed, and retained by us and the payment service providers, subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Company does not collect or retain your full credit card information.

3. Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method: Products will be delivered to your designated address via a third-party courier (currently SF Express; we reserve the right to change couriers without notice). 

3.2 Delivery Restrictions: Delivery coverage and restrictions (e.g., remote areas, restricted zones, suspension during severe weather) are governed by the standards of the third-party logistics provider. 

3.3 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the designated address or signed for. Our liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. 

3.4 Shipping Fees: * Free local delivery is available for single orders exceeding a specified amount (as announced on the Website).* Orders below the specified amount will incur a shipping fee.* If an order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Defective Items: If the product has defects or damage not caused by you, or if the wrong item was delivered, you may request a refund or exchange within seven (7) business days of receipt, provided that:* The product is unused and in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals, and boxes).* A valid electronic receipt from this Website is provided.* Photo evidence (6 angles) or video of the defect is sent to us immediately via email. 

4.2 Out of Stock: If the item for exchange is out of stock, a refund or alternative exchange will be processed. 

4.3 Shipping Costs: Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded. 

4.4 Shipping Cartons: Outer shipping cartons are used solely for protection during transit. As they are not part of the product or its official packaging, we do not provide after-sales service, refunds, or exchanges for damage to shipping cartons.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, trademarks (including the Rirakkusuya logo), licensed IP patterns, web design, text, and images on this Website are the property of the Company or its respective licensors. You have no right to use, reproduce, or modify any of these materials without authorization.

6. Disclaimer & Warranty

6.1 We strive to protect your data but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss arising from technical failures, network interruptions, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to information. 

6.2 You agree not to use the Website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes.

7. Website Membership

7.1 You must register with us before ordering. By registering, you represent that you are aged 18 or above (or have obtained parental/guardian consent) and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract. 

7.2 You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly if there are any changes.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Purpose of Collection: We collect personal data for order processing, membership administration, market analysis, and sending promotional materials (with your consent). 

8.2 Confidentiality: We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. We will not disclose your information to third parties except for contract fulfillment (e.g., couriers or banks) or as required by law.

9. General Matters

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. 

9.2 In case of any dispute, Gunshin Games And Innovations Company Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
